Dr. Alina Bhattacharjee is an accomplished Obstetrician, Gynaecologist, IVF Specialist, and Laparoscopic Surgeon, currently serving as a Reproductive Medicine Consultant at PHS Fertility IVF and Womencare, Elgin.
She previously held leadership roles as Center Head and Executive Director of the Indira IVF clinics at Thakurpukur and Hiland Park, where she was integral to establishing high-quality fertility services. She has also worked as a consultant at the Institute of Reproductive Medicine (IRM), the pioneering IVF center founded by Prof. B. N. Chakraborty, where she gained extensive experience in advanced reproductive technologies.
Dr. Bhattacharjee completed her MBBS in Kolkata, followed by DNB (OBGY) from MR Bangur Hospital, Tollygunge, a center known for its exceptionally high obstetric case volume. She excelled during her training, securing Rank 1 in her institution in the postgraduate examinations.
Pursuing her passion for fertility medicine, she completed a Fellowship and advanced training in Reproductive Medicine from IFA. She further enhanced her surgical expertise by obtaining a Fellowship and Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery and Laparoscopy from the World Laparoscopy Hospital, Delhi.
